About Our Products
HAX sells dietary supplements, including creatine and electrolyte gummies.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for medical advice.
Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a pre-existing medical condition, or otherwise have concerns about whether the product is suitable for you.
Product labels and ingredient information should always be checked before consumption, including for allergens.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to purchase from HAX. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability.
We aim to ensure information on the Site is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a material pricing or listing error affecting an order, we will contact you as appropriate.
Subscriptions
Some products are available on a recurring subscription basis.
By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method automatically at each renewal interval until the subscription is cancelled.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in accordance with the options provided through your account or by contacting: haxsupplements@outlook.com
Cancellation should be made before the next renewal date to prevent the next scheduled charge.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund an order or billing period that has already been processed, subject always to your statutory consumer rights.
Subscription Promotional Discounts
Certain promotional or discount codes may apply only to the first payment or a specified number of payments of a subscription.
Where a promotional discount is limited to an introductory period, the subscription will automatically continue after that period at the standard subscription price or the ongoing subscription discount applicable at the time of purchase.
The duration and value of any promotional discount will be communicated at the point the offer is made or applied. Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes do not alter the ongoing price of the subscription.
Subscriptions will continue to renew automatically at the applicable recurring price until cancelled. Customers can cancel their subscription in accordance with our cancellation terms.
Shipping
Orders are shipped within the UK using the delivery service stated during the ordering process.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights you may have regarding delivery.
Your Right to Cancel (Statutory 14-Day Right)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers purchasing at a distance may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days.
Certain exceptions apply, including in relation to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict your statutory consumer rights.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Order Errors)
In addition to your statutory rights, HAX offers a 30-day guarantee on single one-time purchases where there has been an error or problem with the order, including:
- Incorrect item received
- Damaged or faulty product on arrival
- Missing items from your order
This additional guarantee does not apply to:
- Subscription orders or recurring billing charges
- Change-of-mind returns
- Dissatisfaction with taste, texture, effect, or results
- Products where the seal has been broken, except where the product itself is faulty or incorrect
To make a claim, contact: haxsupplements@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue.
We may request photos of the product or packaging.
This additional guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including the HAX name, logo, “Hack Your Edge” branding, product designs, and website content, is owned by HAX Supplements Ltd or used with appropriate permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent except where permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to applicable consumer law, HAX will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in this provision deprives a consumer of any mandatory protections or rights regarding where legal proceedings may be brought under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
